It features an easy install wizard to help you get started. End users create trouble tickets by inputting their name email address and problem description. End users can also check on the status of their call or search the knowledge base for already answered questions.

The help desk administrator assigns calls to his technical staff. Help Desk calls can be sorted by Ticket Number, Category, Status and Tech Assigned. This software is very flexible and easily customizable without editing html.
