Call Center Software, sometimes called help desk software is used to manage incoming telephone trouble calls. This free software allows call center technicians to accept calls via a web interface or manually input calls that are received via the phone or other means. Each call is assigned a ticket, which then can be assigned to a call center staff member. This software is written in PHP and uses a M.S. Access backend in order to ease database maintenance.
